This Policy describes how SanctifAI Dental Inc. dba Dental Maverick AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, and scripts) to enhance and improve your experience, ensure the operation of our tech infrastructure, and analyze traffic to optimize our services. By using our Service, you acknowledge that we may store and access information on your device through our technologies to ensure security, personalization, and continuous improvement of our workflows and services. This Policy applies to our marketing website at dentalmaverick.ai (analytics cookies), our application at app.dentalmaverick.ai (authentication cookies only), and any other website or application we operate that links to this Policy.
Definitions
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit our website and our infrastructure. They allow us to recognize your device, track activity, and store information about your preferences or previous actions. In addition to it, we use similar tracking technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and scripts, to collect information that helps us improve and analyze our service. Web beacons are small electronic files (also called clear gift, pixel tags, and one-pixel gifs) that we use in our service to count users, verify system integrity, and record the popularity of certain sections.
Categories of Cookies We Use
We use both Session Cookies, which are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser, and Persistent Cookies, which remain on your device between visits. We classify them by function into the following categories:
- Necessary/Essential Cookies (Always Active): These include both session and persistent cookies. They are required for the Service to function. - Statistics/Analytics Cookies: These are persistent, third-party cookies set by Google Analytics on our marketing website at dentalmaverick.ai. No analytics or tracking technologies operate in our application at app.dentalmaverick.ai. They count visits, show how visitors reached the site, and identify which pages are most used, so that we can improve the website. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which persist for up to two years and identify a browser by a randomly generated identifier, not by name. We do not use advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking technologies.
Third-Party Resources (No Cookies)
Our website at dentalmaverick.ai loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a styling library from the Tailwind CSS content delivery network. Neither sets a cookie, but both require your browser to request files from those providers' servers, which discloses your IP address and browser information to them.
Payment and Subscription Management
When you purchase or manage a subscription, you are directed to our payment processor's own hosted pages to enter your payment details. We set no cookies during that process and never receive your card details. Any cookies used on those pages are set by the payment processor under its own privacy and cookie policies.
How to Manage Your Preference
- Browser settings: You can configure your browser to reject all cookies or to notify you when one is sent. However, some parts of our Service may not function properly without them.
- Google Analytics: You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes and we use no advertising cookies. We do not currently change our analytics behaviour in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals; you can opt out of analytics using the methods above.
International transfers
Our analytics provider, Google, is a United States company that may process data on servers located in other countries. Those transfers are governed by the data processing terms we have accepted with that provider.
Changes to this Policy
We will update this policy if we integrate new technological tools. When changes are made, we will notify you after the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy is published, and the updated policy will be effective from the date published on this page.
