Privacy

We are an early-stage product in open beta. This page tells you what we actually do with the data you put into Dental Maverick AI today — not what a lawyer wishes we did. If something here turns out to be wrong, that is a bug; tell us at privacy@dentalmaverick.ai and we will fix it.

Who we are

Dental Maverick AI is a product of SanctifAI Partners. We build software for dental billers. The service runs at app.dentalmaverick.ai.

What we collect

During the beta, we collect three categories of data:

• Account data. First name, last name, email, hashed password (or your Google identity if you sign in with Google), and the office name you set during onboarding.
• Narrative inputs. The chart-note text and procedure context you paste into the narrative tool, plus the AI-generated narratives we return to you.
• Operational telemetry. Sign-in events, page views, and error logs — used to keep the service running and to debug problems.

What we do not collect (Phase 1)

We do not connect to your practice management system in Phase 1. We do not pull patient records, appointment data, X-rays, or any structured PHI from your PMS. The only patient context we ever see is whatever you choose to paste into a chart-note field. We strongly recommend you redact patient names and DOBs before pasting; the narratives we generate do not need them.

Sub-processors we rely on

Honest accounting of every third party that touches your data:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (US region). Stores account data and narrative history.
• Anthropic — large-language-model inference. Receives the chart-note text you submit in order to draft a narrative. We send Anthropic our API request with store_inputs=false set, which means Anthropic does not retain the inputs for training.
• Render — application hosting (US region). The servers that run this app.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (account verification, beta announcements).
• Google — only if you choose “Sign in with Google.” We receive your Google email and name; nothing else.

We do not sell data to anyone. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

HIPAA posture during beta

We are not signing Business Associate Agreements during the open beta, and you should not rely on Dental Maverick AI to handle Protected Health Information yet. The product is designed to work with de-identified clinical narrative text. If you are a HIPAA-covered entity and you need a BAA before using AI tools, please email privacy@dentalmaverick.ai and we will tell you where we are on that roadmap.

How long we keep your data

Account data persists for the life of your account. Narratives you generate are stored in your account so you can return to them. If you delete your account, we delete the account row and the narrative history within 30 days. Operational logs roll off after 90 days.

Your rights

Email privacy@dentalmaverick.ai to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. We respond within 30 days. We are a small team, so it might be the same person who built the feature you are asking about — that is on purpose.

Changes

When we change this page, we update the “Last updated” date at the top. We will email beta users for material changes — not for typo fixes.
