These are the terms for using Dental Maverick AI while it is in open beta. They are written in plain English on purpose. When you create an account or click to accept, you are agreeing to these terms — for yourself and for your practice — and confirming you have the authority to do that. That click is your signature, and the email you sign up with is how we identify you.

The service

Dental Maverick AI is a tool that drafts dental insurance narratives from chart-note text you provide. It is operated by SanctifAI Dental Inc., a Delaware corporation. Phase 1 is a single feature: paste a chart note, get a narrative.

Beta means beta

We are still building. Things will change. Features will appear, disappear, and break. We will sometimes ship updates without notice. If you depend on this product for a deadline, keep your old workflow ready as a backup. Free during beta means free during beta — there is no card on file and no surprise charge.

When the beta ends

This is an open beta with no fixed end date. When we wind it down, we may change your access, end it, or move you onto a paid plan under a separate written agreement. We will give you reasonable notice before any of that affects you.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password (or Google account) secure. If multiple people in an office share access, that is a you-shaped problem during the beta — multi-user offices ship later. Tell us at support@dentalmaverick.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

What you put in

You own the clinical content you paste in. You are responsible for having the right to use it. Do not paste data you are not authorized to share — for instance, patient identifiers from a practice that has not engaged us. We treat what you paste as covered by our Privacy page.

Phase 1 is not designed to handle Protected Health Information. We are not yet signing Business Associate Agreements. If you are a HIPAA-covered entity, treat the product as a tool for de-identified clinical narratives until we tell you otherwise.

What you get back

Narratives are AI-generated drafts. You are the clinician, biller, or office manager. Read the draft. Verify it matches the procedure and the chart. We are a writing assistant — we do not adjudicate claims, and we are not a substitute for clinical judgment.

Your part of the deal

Beta access is free, but it is not a one-way street. In exchange, we ask that you actually use the product, give us honest feedback about what works and what does not, report bugs and rough edges when you hit them, and take part in the occasional short survey or feedback conversation if we reasonably ask.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us during the beta we may use without restriction and without owing you anything for them. Helping us improve the product is part of what beta access is for.

Confidentiality

Beta features may be unfinished or not yet announced. Please do not post screenshots, recordings, or demonstrations of the product publicly without our prior written consent, and do not disclose details about unreleased features. Once something ships publicly, this stops applying to it.

Testimonial & media release

If you have something nice to say, we would love to use it. You give us permission to use your written testimonials, quotes, and feedback in our marketing and promotional materials — but only with your prior approval, and, if you prefer, on an anonymous or semi-anonymous basis (first name only, or initials). We may also use photos, video recordings, or interviews you voluntarily provide in our marketing materials, website, social media, and presentations.

What you cannot do

Dental Maverick AI — the software, its design, branding, content, and underlying technology — belongs to us. You are getting access, not ownership. You cannot:

• Reverse-engineer the service or scrape it programmatically without our written permission.
• Use it for anything illegal, or to harm a patient or another person.
• Share your account with people outside your office.
• Try to use the service to extract or train competing models.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time — see the Privacy page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, but we will email you first when reasonable.

No warranty during beta

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” during the beta and may contain bugs, errors, or service interruptions. We make no representations as to its usefulness or efficacy, and we do not warrant that it will be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your participation in the beta. If you need stronger guarantees, talk to us about leaving the beta.

If a claim comes from your use

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used the service — for example, content you pasted that you did not have the right to use, a narrative you submitted that turned out to be wrong, or your breach of these terms or the law — you agree to cover us. That means defending us, or reimbursing the reasonable costs, damages, and legal fees we incur, to the extent the claim arises from your use. We will tell you promptly if such a claim comes up, and you can take part in the defense.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will move when we do. We will email beta users for material changes.
